Our Tungsten Carbide rings are designed to be maintenance free!  We provide a full lifetime warranty which includes, sizing, polishing, texture, and against breakage. Under normal wear our rings will not scratch, or lose their high quality finish.    

Because of the extreme hardness, Tungsten Carbide rings cannot be resized conventionally.  Therefore Towvany offers a “one time” full replacement of the same style of ring at no cost to you excluding S&H. Because we only use the highest-grade materials, and stand behind our workmanship we can offer you free refinishing or we will replace due to fracture or breakage.  This warranty is valid only when you return the ring along with a copy of your original receipt to your authorized Towvany jeweler nearest you.

Please Note: Tungsten Carbide rings are not indestructible. Therefore, Towvany will void the warranty if a ring has been altered in any way which includes but not limited to engraving, sizing, drilling, stone setting, polishing, cleaning with harsh chemicals, soldering, or evidence of obvious repeated physical abuse, such as striking with a hammer.
